Bookings

Submitting a booking enquiry through this site is a request for service, not a confirmed booking. We'll contact you to confirm pricing, availability, and a slot before any work begins.

Pricing

Published prices are per the property type and service selected. Additional charges may apply for conditions identified on-site (for example, unusually heavy buildup) — these will always be communicated and agreed before any extra work is carried out.

Access and safety

You're responsible for providing crews safe, reasonable access to the property at the scheduled time. Crews may decline to proceed if conditions are unsafe.

Liability

We take reasonable care with your property and belongings. Please remove or secure fragile, valuable, or sentimental items before a scheduled clean.
