Cancellations

You can cancel or reschedule a booked slot free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a call-out charge to cover crew travel already arranged.

Refunds

If you're not satisfied with a completed job, contact us within 24 hours and we'll send a crew back to re-clean the affected area at no extra cost. If that doesn't resolve the issue, we'll discuss a partial or full refund on a case-by-case basis.
